Split System Service
- *1. Inspection of the air filter: Checking the air filter for dirt and debris and cleaning or replacing it as necessary.
- *2. Inspection of the coils: Checking the evaporator and condenser coils for dirt and debris and cleaning them as necessary.
- *3. Inspection of the refrigerant levels: Checking the refrigerant levels and adding more as needed to ensure proper cooling.
- *4. Inspection of the ductwork: Checking the ductwork for leaks and holes and making repairs as necessary.
- *5. Inspection of the electrical components: Checking the electrical components of the air conditioner, such as the compressor and fan motor, for proper operation.
- *6 Inspection of the thermostat: Checking the thermostat for proper operation and making any necessary adjustments.
- *7 Inspection of the compressor: Checking the compressor for any issues and making any necessary recommendations.
- *8 Inspection of the condensate drain: Checking the condensate drain for breakages, clogs and cleaning as necessary.
- *9 Inspection of the unit exterior: Checking the exterior of the unit for any physical damage or issues and making any necessary repairs.
- *10 Inspection of the unit interior: Checking the interior of the unit for any physical damage or issues and making any necessary repairs.
- *11 Final test run: Running the unit through a test cycle to ensure proper operation and making any final adjustments as necessary.
- *12 Provide a detailed report about the service, any issues found and any recommendations for maintenance or repairs.

Preventative Maintenance Program
Our Preventative Maintenance program is designed to keep your air conditioning system running at it's peak performance, efficiency and being safe and healthy for you. The program includes once-yearly inspection to ensure your system is working properly and to identify any potential issues before they become major problems. Our inspections cover all major components of the system, including the compressor, condenser, and evaporator coils, as well as the refrigerant levels and the electrical connections.
Our technician will also clean the filters and check the air flow to make sure the system is running as efficiently as possible. Any necessary repairs or maintenance will be performed on the spot during the inspection. In addition to the regular inspections, the program also includes priority service, so you can rest assured that if you ever need repairs outside of the regular inspection schedule, we will be there to help as soon as possible. All covered repairs will be performed at a discounted rate, this way you can have peace of mind knowing that your air conditioning system is protected
